This is great advice. The Ready, Fire, Aim concept. I launched a membership site recently with no cash so I had to find a way to provide all the features (email marketing, affliate marketing, forums, etc). Found a SaaS provider for it membership site for $99/month. A VC advisor told me it takes at least $250K+ to build a typical web app. I don't want VC. I also want a real way to make money (charge money for the content) as opposed to advertising. I'm trying to figure out the right product, right offer, right price, right sales copy by testing, testing testing. As Dharmesh says the final product may be different than the original idea.
Thanks for validating the approach.
