Developer tools - tough market. (especially frameworks)

+ An absolute avalanche of stuff all clamouring for limited attention

Guarantees are great, even very permissive ones, and here's why:

Its good to get fresh perspectives from people outside your industry every now and again.
Clare hasn't worked 'in software' before and was really shocked about the general attitude to guarantees in our industry.
