Take a look at EnCircle CRM its still going through early trials but pretty much usable and low cost.

I have used Echosign and a few other similar products, and they are great. I think you are right, that they can speed up administrative tasks, which tasks are sometimes even forgotten.

My favorites were Geoffrey Moore, Don Norman, and Kathy Sierra. Watch all (not only these three) if you can, since they were all great quality.
