Am busy that week, but would consider it worthwhile to come into town for such an event, so I'm in as a Might/Would-Very-Much-Like To Attend.
I guess venue depends on numbers - perhaps assume City-based but agree venue when the numbers are a little clearer? (In my last business, we used to have meetings at Pizza Express on Bishopsgate - they have a room that would take 10-ish and then an upstairs that would take a lot more).
